Matt Hodges, loan officer for Compass Home Loans, Inc., brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience to his clients, including marketing, title insurance and lending.

In 2000, Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) recognized Matt as the Affiliate of the Year for his efforts promoting the real estate community locally.

In 2006, President Pat Sury awarded Matt the President's Award from CAAR.  He was presented this award for his efforts as Co-Chair of the Realtors Political Action Committee.
